All out patients have a ‘named GP’ who is responsible for their care.

From 1 April 2015, practices are contractually required to allocate a named, accountable GP to all patients (including children).

Having a ‘named GP’ does NOT prevent you from seeing your GP of choice.

Patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice in line with current arrangements.

We have allocated all our patients to a ‘named GP’ by simply using our patient’s surname / family name.

Your surname / family name begins with the following letters Your ‘Named GP’
A – J Dr Okonkwo
K-Z Dr Zaman
